We typically hire only 1 in 25 applicants. Caregivers must have experience working with older adults, and many of our caregivers have post-secondary training and healthcare certification. Following a rigorous interview process, we carefully screen references, national criminal backgrounds, and legal documentation.
Our training program is based on extensive experience working with aging and vulnerable populations, and includes First Aid, Health & Safety, Verbal Judo, American Sign Language, and more.
